Strange name, yet an enduring brand – Aardvark is known for fresh perspectives and great design. Aardvark was founded by creative director and designer, Michael Sever. When Aardvark was a start-up, Michael collaborated with legendary Boston/NYC advertising and co-creative director, Stavros Cosmopulos (Hill, Holiday, Connors, Cosmopulos). What began as a digital media think tank soon evolved into a comprehensive branding agency.
Aardvark became a go-to resource for logos, digital media, print communications, strategic marketing, photography, and more. Behind every successful project is a tried and true creative process that is consumer-driven, audience-centered, and suitably well-designed.
In recent years, Michael has been immersed in brand design for higher education and athletics. He also served as Director of Branding at Catawba College, Salisbury, NC. When Michael isn’t building brand champions – you’ll probably find him at a pool – mentoring and developing swim champions.
